Between 8:00am and 7:00pm CET, the tickets queues are continuously monitored and processed. all requests are initially assessed independently of the existence of a managed services contract for a client. At worst, if we work for a client without a valid support contract, the client will have to approve to pay a future invoice (sales or senior management will be in the loop).
